Counselling Session held at ‘The British School’, Panchkula

Panchkula. Around 100 parents and students of Classes VIII to XI today attended a Counselling Session organised at The British School, Panchkula.

The students have a lot of queries and confusions pertaining to their career. Ambiguity related to the best career, the best college, the best course, the admission process etc. always hovers in student’s minds. With so many options and emerging trends in every field, it is difficult for the child to get the best of everything. An optimum career path is required at this time.

The British School, Sector 12, Panchkula in association with organized a Career Awareness Program with the sole mission of assisting students in developing insight into various fields of studies to choose from. This program provided a platform where the students were made aware of different courses and career options for which planning can be started ‘NOW’, based on individuals liking, interest and aptitude. The children were sensitized about the availability of courses and scholarships in International colleges.

School Principal, Ms. Anita Mehra addressed the students and advised them to take guidance from such sessions.
