Panchkula. Janamashtmi was celebrated at Kidzee Preschool, Sector 12 A, here with great pomp and show. The colorful and traditional attire adorned by the children made them look like little Krishna and Radha. Children took pride wearing ornaments and crowns on their head and playing flute was fun for them.
Aarti & Bhajans were recited and songs related to Janamashtmi were played while puja was performed by staff along with the children.
The fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. Prasad was distributed among the children after the puja.
To involve the children in such celebrations, make them respect their culture, such role plays are the best way to make them understand and respect all religions followed in their country.
